This is one of the best places to go to lunch if one is near the Scottsville Road area. The staff is super friendly. The food is top-notch, albeit expensive. I really enjoy the Firecracker chicken wraps...along with different seasonal offerings that they have. The steaks are high quality, along with the chicken tenders...you need to ask for extra prairie dust!! Bread is served with the meal, assuming you aren't gluten restricted. It's a great place to take a date!!

Awesome steaks! Good sides. Tried the chili cheese fries appetizer, so yummy! A definite must try! Had the amazing Outlaw Ribeye and the Mac n cheese with a salad. Excellent meal! Per usual my eyes were bigger than my tummy but made for a great lunch the next day. Although the Mac n cheese didn't reheat well but does it ever? Lol

I've eaten here 2 times in 3 weeks. It's ok, but not what it used to be. The servers were super, the facility is very interestingly appropriate, and actually beautiful. The food is okay, but not made from scratch. Our family got a variety of meals, & they were ok.

So back in Bowling Green working this week. With a number of places to eat I decided to stop back in at Longhorn Steakhouse. While the food is good I came back because of the service I have received here time and time again over the years. Crystal behind the bar is great and everyone always seems to have a good attitude. Ordered a 312 draft and some jalapeño shooters to get started.shooters were good with dill and lemon sauce I believe a sweet and hot sauce would work better. Not really wanting a big meal I decided to try the crab and artichoke dip. This was ok but reminded me of a warm tuna kind of thing. Peta bread was seasoned and a little greasy. About half way through I wished I would have got something else. Anyway 312 was cold and service was right on. Going to be here for a couple of days. Might try the prime rib later this week.

I preface this by saying that my experience probably isn't the norm, I've only heard good things about this place and my only complaint is with the food, the service was good. Our waitress was friendly and attentive, food arrived quickly and the atmosphere was good. Ordered a bacon wrapped steak and loaded baked potato. Steak was supposed to be well done but was very pink on half. Half of the steak was chard, guess the didn't flip it. Baked potato was burnt as well. I usually eat the whole thing including the skin but this time i had to dig out the inside.

We had a large group - 18...but they told us we could get seated in 30 minutes. After two hours, we finally got seated. I tried to suggest leaving several times during the wait, but the consensus was we would surely be seated 'in the next twenty minutes'...oh well! Then the server gave my order to another table. They couldn't tell me how long it would take to replace it, so I just cancelled and waited for everyone to finish their meal. Based on the general atmosphere and look on most staffers' faces, I would opt to go anywhere else, rather than this place. We ate at Logan's the night before, and the service was great....seated right away and the food was excellent. I used to be a big Longhorn fan, but no longer.....quality of food looked like they were buying cheaper cuts of steak now, unfortunately....but wouldn't know firsthand, since I never got my order.

My favorite restaurant of all time! The Mac & cheese and cheddar mushrooms are the best! Can't order anything bad here!

I always have a good experience here. I usually go for ethnic food, but occassionally I just want a good steak or burger, and this is the best American food in town.

We decided to have our dinner at the bar since the dining room was busy. Meagan (bartender) did a really nice job keeping our drinks full, and dinner was awesome. We had our hearts set on some great burgers, and Longhorn delivered. YUM !!! Thank you Meagan, and the Longhorn Team. !!!

This place was so amazing! I am pretty picky when it comes to eating steak. Not many restaurants wow me, but this one sure did tonight. My mom and I ordered the stuffed mushrooms which were cheesy deliciousness :) We also ordered the lobster dip, which was also good. It was pretty rich though, and our meals came pretty quickly after, so I ended up taking the dip to go to eat later. My mom and I ordered the Outlaw prime rib I believe it was called. We cut it in half and had more than enough for each of us... 18oz of steak is huge! The taste was amazing, it was so tender, and cooked perfectly! I was in heaven. It also came with either a side and a salad, or two sides. We chose the baked potato and the sweet potato. Both were great. The limeade I ordered tasted like real strawberries, so I definitely enjoyed that. I left completely stuffed...and hours later am still full. Oh yeah, they serve bread as well that is free...but I can't eat it, so I can't comment on the taste. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive (but not overly so)..that southern hospitality in full effect. If I am ever back in the area again or at another Longhorn Steakhouse I will definitely be going back! I would definitely recommend this to others.

I got the chef's special rebye which was deliciouce with a unique slightly sweet souce and porteballa slices on top it looked just like the photo on the menu i bet you agree this doesn't happen often! The prices were great too for $21 i got a great size side salad a side and my juicy steak!

Another steak joint that is the same boat as outback, Long Star, Roadhouse, etc... granted, I think they are trying to be more upscale then others... Had lunch here before dropping off the nephews at the summer camp. Ordered the wild west shrimp and firecracker chicken wrap, I got the 16oz prime rib with baked yam and salad. The wild west shrimp was small salad shrimp deep fried with hot peppers with dipping sauce.. it was good... the chicken wrap was good as well. The prime rib was okay... the taste was little blend... but with the sauce, it was good. I'll go here then to Outback any time :)

Last night we very much enjoyed our whole experience of the LongHorn Steakhouse, Bowling Green. From the time you walk in, to the time you're finished eating out the door, great atmosphere, friendly attentive service, One of the best steakhouses in Bowling Green, Kentucky. We were served fresh wheat rolls and butter while we waited for our appetizer. We started with the white cheddar stuffed mushrooms. Five huge mushrooms each one delightfully delicious. My wife got a Caesar salad with the dressing on the side and I had a house salad with French dressing. My salad's vegetables were fresh, cubed, & delicious. My wife ordered a 6 ounce Flows fillet, with mac & cheese with the shrimp and crab, wonderfully rich and delicious. I had the Outlaw ribeye, medium with a loaded baked potato. The steak was marbled juicy and cooked to perfection. No room for dessert, although they looked to be deliciously inviting as well. Our server Emily kept her glasses full and all our dining needs were met with a smile. All the servers worked as a team and assisted us when passing by or bringing out our food, helping to meet our dining needs as well. Come and enjoy southern hospitality at its best, Best atmosphere, best steak, best sides, and best service!

Very poorly managed. Hostess said it would be a 30 minute wait. After over an hour and a half and we still are waiting. I want to leave but we are with friends and they don't want to. I will never eat here, probably. But if I do this time it will be the last.
